We offer 4 packages.
Option 1 - Management package.
This is where we provide you with a complete service. This is ideal if you are returning to the UK or would just rather not deal with it yourself and still live here.
Option 2 - Rental by owner.
We will promote your property on our website. All inquiries then come directly to you. This is ideal if you would like to manage your own property. This is a one off payment and starts at 65€ per year.
Option 3 - Introduction package.
We will market your property and if we introduce a suitable tenant to you we will charge a one off payment finders fee. This is only paid to us when you have a confirmed tenant. Again this is ideal if you wish to manage your own property.
Option 4 - Mix and match package.
Maybe you do not require the full Management option. We can quote you on individual services including key holding, cleaning, property checks.. Maybe you have not decided to rent your property as yet but want someone to do security checks, let in tradesmen, arrange pool cleaning or gardening. A totally flexible service to suit you.
We also have the added advantage of promotion and sourcing properties/ clients via the radio
Long Term Rentals
Our long term rentals are for people wishing to rent a property for extended periods (minimum normally of six months).
For renters we offer a friendly service and will look after not only the legal side for you but also the practical aspects of relocation if you are new to the area.
For the owner we can tailor make a package to suit your requirements.
