It is in a semi rural location but only a 10 minute walk to the local bar/restaurant and a ten minute drive to the local town of Albox. Here you will find supermarkets, shops,bars ,restaurants and a whole range of amenities such as sports facilities and an excellent market on a Tuesday which is one of the largest in the area..You are well placed for local airports, Almeria being approximately an hour and a quarters drive and Murcia one and three quarters hours drive and Alicante approximately two hours away. You are also only a 45 minutes drive from the coast. Here you will find the beach resorts of Vera, Mojacar and Garrucha with plenty of bars , restaurants and amenities.
The villa is on one level with spacious accomodation and extensive outside space. The villa sleeps 6 people with 3 bedrooms. There is 1 kingsize with dressing room area with fitted wardrobes and ensuite, There is 1 double and 1 twin both with fitted wardrobes.All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower.The modern kitchen is fully equipped.. The spacious lounge has air conditioning, a log burner and has TV, video, DVD player and CD player. There is also internet access. To the rear of the villa is a pretty sun lounge which overlooks the garden and has stunning open country and mountain views.
The pool area is enclosed and very private. There is a large terrace area with a shaded seating area and also a gazebo-which overlooks the pool- with table and chairs which is an ideal spot for having your lunch or an evening drink. There is a pretty and well maintained garden area to the side of the villa which is laid to gravel with an array of mediterranean shrubs and flowers. You can also pick your own lemons for that well deserved evening tipple by the pool.There is a seating area , again with with those stunning country and mountain views. There is plenty of room for off road parking as well.
This villa is perfect for a relaxed holiday with a safe and enclosed pool and terrace area which is perfect for children. It is a peaceful retreat but close to amenities. It is also perfect for long term rental.
